New CRM system and e-mail address for trouble ticket management

From the 3rd of October 2022 we are implementing our new CRM system aimed at improving communication with You. Additionally we would like to inform that we are changing our e-mail address, used for trouble tickets management, technical complaints and for Orange Polska Wholesale Market.


We would like to inform you about our new e-mail address: cs.pl@orange.com (Carrier Support Orange Polska) for trouble tickets management and at the same time current address spptp.swo@orange.com remains valid, we will inform you about the expiration date in future correspondence.
