New transitional paper documents handling model

Please be informed that in the interests of the safety of Orange Polska S.A. employees dealing with the handling of paper correspondence, from March 25 this year until further notice a 4-day quarantine period was introduced for parcels delivered to Orange Polska S.A. In practice, it means that the correspondence coming to Orange Polska S.A. will be quarantined and taken to process in the company after 4 days of receipt.


If you have a qualified electronic signature – please replace paper documents requiring a signature (e.g. contracts, annexes, agreements, statements regarding termination of contracts, etc.) by electronic form (pdf) signed with a qualified electronic signature.


At the same time, we would like to inform you that the so-called a trusted profile used in dealing with public administration offices does not replace a qualified electronic signature.


We count on your understanding and we ensure that we make every effort to maintain the current quality of service and provision of wholesale services in this difficult situation for all of us.

Cooperation with carriers during the epidemic threat

In connection with the announced state of epidemic threat in Poland, Orange Polska S.A. informs that, given the current extraordinary nature of the situation, we make the utmost care that this situation doesn’t adversely affect the implementation of wholesale contracts.


We emphasize that at the moment we haven’t noticed any particular disruptions in the performance of contractual obligations.


Orange Polska S.A. will keep you updated on events that may affect the progress of processes implemented as part of ongoing cooperation, in particular on the expected date of completion of such events and the expected date of undertaking the obligations arising from the contract.


Orange Polska S.A. will also inform about the end of the event affecting the implementation of OPL’s obligations and, if possible, provide documentation in this regard.


In addition, we would like to inform you that in the event of a threat of suspension of partial or comprehensive functioning of processes arising from contracts, after the cessation of the emergency resulting in the disruption, we will make every effort to remove the disruption that interrupted the timely provision of services that are the subject of our contracts with you.

Changing the way the Orange Polska operates during the epidemic threat

Dear Partners,
Since Monday (16/03/2020) due to announced state of epidemic threat in Poland and in concern of
the safety and health all of us, the Management Board of Orange Polska has decided to change the way the company operates by establishing 14 day remote-work period for a majority of employees.
At the same time, due to possible difficulties in the office’s operation, paper documentation handling and additional loads on our systems, we kindly ask you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience that may occur in the coming days.
